Mrs. Ann Therese Schneider, 77, of 114 Forecastle Court, Washington, died on Tuesday, March 25, 2003 at her home.
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Schneider was born on July, 7 1925 in Wilmington, Delaware. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Eva Scannell. She received her master's degree from the University of Delaware. Mrs. Schneider married David Schneider, who survives.
Survivors include two daughters, Jean Schneider of New York, N.Y., and Andrea S. Allen of Denton, Md; one son, David M. Schneider of Baltimore, Md.; and six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the Pamlico Plantation Clubhouse from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Salvation Army, P.O. Box 877, Washington, NC 27899.
