Infant Chasity Nevaeh Smith, daughter of Tyler and Tanekia Smith, died Friday, Jan. 12, 2007, at Beaufort County Hospital, Washington.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington, with pastor Clara Albritton officiating. Burial will follow in Clay Bottom Cemetery, Chocowinity.
Survivors include four sisters, Destiny L. and Simaya Pope, both of Chocowinity, and Takiyah and Zakiyah Smith, both of Washington; and one brother, Tynahj Smith of Washington.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Cecil W. Smith and John B. Stokes.
The family will receive friends at the home of her grandmother, Janice Stokes, 222 Cherry Lane, Evergreen Estates, Chocowinity.
