Mrs. Ritchie Howett Brickhouse, 47, of Columbia, died unexpectedly Saturday, February 10, 2007, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth.
Born February 16, 1959 in Tyrrell County, she was the daughter of the late Jerry S. Howett and was a homemaker.
Her family includes her mother, Lenora Woodard Holland and husband Jack of Suffolk, Va.; husband, Ricky J. Brickhouse of Columbia, N.C.; mother- and father-in-law, Doris and Jerry Brickhouse of Columbia, N.C.; sisters, Brenda H. Spruill and Jerri H. Wilson of Norfolk, Va.; brother-in-law, Steven V. Brickhouse of East Alton, Illinois, and loving niece, Natalie Norman.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 17, 2007, at 11 a.m. in the Maitland Funeral Home Chapel, Creswell, with Rev. Elmo Daniels officiating. Family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society or The Roanoke Home Care &Hospice. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
