Infant Jayla Denise McNair died Tuesday, May 29, 2007, at Women’s Hospital, Greensboro.
A memorial service will be conducted today at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service, Roper. Burial will follow in Davenport family cemetery, Plymouth.
She was the daughter of Robert Lee McNair Jr. and Kalisha Simpson McNair of 1903 Green Market Court, Greensboro.
Survivors include her maternal grandparents, Alton and Annie Davenport Simpson of Plymouth.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Robert Lee McNair Sr. and Montrose McNair.
