Ms. Derry Burns Carpenter, 58, of Black Mountain, died Monday, May 21, 2007.
Ms. Carpenter’s father, Billy Burns, served as the minister at First Presbyterian Church, Washington, in the 1950s.
Arrangements are by Asheville area alternative funeral and cremation services.
