Mrs. Velma Louise Freeman, 74, of 525 N. 42nd St., Philadelphia, Pa., and formerly of Plymouth, died Saturday, July 21, 2007, at Penn Presbyterian Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa.
The family will receive friends at the home of her niece, Dionne Owens, 114 Brinkley Ave., Plymouth.
Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
