Letitia L. Marshburn, 85, died Friday, August 17, 2007 at Williamston House in Williamston.
Her husband, Theron Marshburn, precedes her in death. Letitia was the supervisor of elections for Onslow County from 1971 until 1989.
Survivors include one sister, Evalene Thompson of Pine Level; two sons, Gerald Marshburn of Greensboro and Dr. David Marshburn of Williamston; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the First Christian Church, 101 E. Liberty St., Williamston, NC 27892 or to the First Christian Church, 124 Trott Road, Richlands, NC 28574.
