Ms. Lucille Holley, 50, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2008, at home.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Harvest Church, Slatestone Road, Washington, with the Rev. Thad E. Tankard III officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Ms. Holley was born in Beaufort County on Nov. 29, 1957. She was the daughter of Nathaniel and Gladys Harding Holley of Washington. She was a graduate of the Class of 1976 at Washington High School. She did further studies at Beaufort County Community College. She was employed as a behavioral counselor in Michigan. She was a former member of Mount Olive A.M.E. Zion Church, Washington.
Survivors include two sons, Jonathan Adam Holley of Pennsylvania and Muhammad Adam Holley of Philadelphia, Pa.; three brothers, Nathaniel Holley Jr. of Allentown, Pa., Ralph Holley and Steven Holley, both of Detroit, Mich.; one sister, Bettie Holley-Faust of Washington and one grandchild.
The family will receive friends at the home of her parents, 801 N. River Road (Holley-Oden Lane), Washington.
Viewing will take place today from noon to 7 p.m. at Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
