The family of Frances Alvis Hulbert will receive friends at Frances’ home during the afternoon and evening on Wednesday, March 12, at 616 College Avenue in Washington Park. All are welcomed to attend a service in celebration of Frances’ life to be held on Friday, March 14 at 11 a.m. at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Washington, N.C., followed by burial in the Chapel Garden.
In lieu of flowers, Frances requested that gifts be made to the charity of one’s choice or to one of the following: the Irwin and Frances Hulbert Endowment Fund, care of Beaufort County Community College Foundation, or to St. Peter’s Episcopal Church Hulbert Memorial Fund for the support of the Summer Swimming Lessons Program through the City of Washington Aquatic Center.
