TARBORO — Mrs. Lucille Turner Fountain, 90, died Tuesday. Funeral services will be Thursday at 4 p.m. at Howard Memorial Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. Christopher Edmonston officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Tarboro.
Mrs. Fountain was preceded in death by her husband, R.M. Fountain.
Surviving are sons, Reginald Morton “Reggie” Fountain, Jr., Washington, N.C., Theodore Turner “Bubba” Fountain, Vero Beach, Fla.; brother, Paul “Sonny” Turner, Jr., Charlotte; grandsons: Wyatt Fountain, Greenville, R.M. Fountain III, Washington, N.C.; granddaughter, Sierra Nichole Fountain, Greenville; five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Fountain, 1101 Panola Street, Tarboro, Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
