 The coordinator will explain the rules to the participants before the competition begins. When his or her name is called, the contestant will step up to the microphone and wait for the emcee to introduce him or her. The emcee will ask each person his or her name and one other question about himself or herself, for the benefit of the audience
 Judges may or may not comment on each competitor’s performance.
