Stephen Harold Waters, age 49, passed away suddenly on June 3rd in Aurora, Colo. He was the son of Bill and Pat Waters of Biloxi, Miss.
Stephen was preceded in death by his brother, Mickey Waters, and grandparents. Survived by his parents and a sister, Barbara Swenson (Robert), of Eden Prairie, Minn., nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held in Washington, N.C. at a later date.
