Mrs. Bernice Hardison Beach Bullock, 85, of Everetts, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, at Beaufort County Hospital.
A graveside funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Martin Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Bullock was born Sept. 18, 1922, in Bertie County. She was the daughter of the late Kelly Hardison and Irena Jenkins Hardison. She was a homemaker and recently was living at Britthaven of Washington. Mrs. Bullock was a member of Christian Chapel Church of Christ.
In 1940, she married Tom Beach, who died Aug. 25, 1972. In 1985, she married George Richard Bullock, who is also deceased.
Survivors include three daughters, Teresa Lilley of Greenville, Juanita Gurganus of Robersonville and Janie Whitaker of Bear Grass; a son, Leroy Beach of Everetts; a sister, Peggy Crisp of Everetts; two stepdaughters, Billie Sue Lloyd of Greenville and Pat Roberson of Farm Life; a stepson, L.E. Bullock of Virginia; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at 2899 Harrison Road in Bear Grass.
Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston.
