Dorothy Ireland Stewart Harrison, 77, of New Bern, died Thursday, September 4, 2008, at Craven Regional Medical Center.
She was a member of Rock of Zion Free Will Baptist Church and Order of Eastern Star, Bayboro No. 189. She retired from the Ford dealership in New Bern, Cella Ford, after 49 years of service.
She is survived by one son, Johnny Berry and wife, Judy, of Washington, N.C.; two grandchildren, Janet Lynn Berry Woolard and husband, Mike, of Washington and John Edward Berry and wife, Ashleigh, of Greenville; three great-grandchildren, Lindsey and Ashley Woolard and Conner Berry.
A private graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, September 7, 2008, at Greenleaf Memorial Park with the Rev. Robert Miller officiating.
The family will receive friends at the home of Johnny Berry, 302 Brick Kiln Road, Washington, NC 27889.
