Mrs. Judith Ann Tadder Moir, age 65, a resident of 4113 Mary’s Chapel Church Rd., Aurora died Thursday, October 2, 2008.
Mrs. Moir was born in Steuben Co., NY on November 12, 1942 to the late Warren Herman Tadder and Joyce Rynders Tadder. On August 30, 1963 she married Rodney Thomas Moir who survives. She was a high school teacher at Aurora High School and also in Pitt Co. for more than 20 years.
Survivors include her husband, Rodney Thomas Moir; three daughters, Sandra Cuthrell and husband Shelton of the Small community in Aurora, Pam Porter and husband Robert of Greenville, Kimberly M. Nelson and husband Julian of Bethel; one brother, Richard Tadder of Florida; one sister, Karen Tadder of Connecticut; seven grandchildren, Ryan Cuthrell, Carl Cuthrell, Brock Cuthrell, Erica Cuthrell, Meagan Richards, David Goltermann and Michael Porter.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday, October 5, 2008 at Paul Funeral Home of Washington and other times at the home of her daughter, Sandra Cuthrell, 9220 Old Sand Hill Rd., Aurora, NC 27806.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pitt County Memorial Hospital Foundation Center, Cardiac Center, P.O. Box 8489, Greenville, NC 27835.
