Mr. Ellis Phelps, 69, of 15521 N.C. Highway 94 North, Roper, died Monday, Oct. 13, 2008, at Chowan Hospital in Edenton.
The family will receive friends at 114 Anne St., Plymouth.
Arrangements will be announced by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service, Roper.
