Mr. Shilo Adam Lemley, 24, of 796 Neck Road, Washington, died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008, at Beaufort County Medical Center in Washington.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Lemley was born in Jefferson County, Ala., on Dec. 11, 1983. He was the son of Rebecca Abernathy Scott of Washington, and Donald Otis Hartley Jr. of Alabama. He was a graduate of Washington High School.
Survivors include three brothers, Chris Lemley, Hunter Hartley and Dillon Bullock, all of Washington, and his maternal grandparents, Robert and Fay Owens of Midfield, Ala.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Shilo Lemley memorial fund, P.O. Box 1465, Washington, NC 27889.
