Mr. James Edmul “Jimmy” White, 43, of 725 White Oak Road, Windsor, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008, at home.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Askewville Baptist Church with the Revs. Tony Warren and R.O. Denton Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
Mr. White was born in Bertie County on Jan. 6, 1965. He was the son of Iris “Mickey” Wiggins White of Windsor and the late Willie Alfred White. He was a self-employed carpenter. He was a member of Askewville Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Bailey White and Taylor White, both of Ahoskie; and three brothers, Donald White and Dennis White, both of Windsor, and Al White Jr. of Atlanta, Ga.
The family will receive friends at the home.
