Mr. Robert Donald Roberson, 53, of 4012 W. Main St., Williamston, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2009.
A funeral will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. Robbie Parker officiating. Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Roberson was born in Martin County on April 2, 1955. He was the son of the late Clayton Edgar Roberson and Anna Rose O’Merry Roberson. On Nov. 25, 1989, he married Brenda Chesson Roberson, who survives. He worked with Merita Bread Co. in sales. He was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Amanda Ward of Williamston, Allison Hoggard of Windsor and Kristy Hardison of Maryland; two sons, Stephen Paul of Greenville and Robbie Roberson of Washington and five grandchildren.
The family will receive friends today from 7-8:30 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the home.
