Mr. William E. Woolard, formerly of Williamston, died Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, in Brooklyn, N.Y.
A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at Lawrence H. Woodward Funeral Home, One Troy Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y.
Survivors include three brothers, Tyrone Stokes, Milton Stokes and Eric Stokes and four sisters, Cecelia S. Price, Pam S. Crawford, Joanna S. Pippin and Mamie McKoy.
Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
