Ms. Emma “Honey” Whitney of 440 Watkins St., Brooklyn, N.Y., died Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009, at home.
The family will receive friends at the Pilley Avenue, Terra Ceia community of Pantego, residence.
Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
