Mrs. Debra Virginia Halloway, of 731 W. Third St., Washington, died on Sunday, March 8, 2009, at the Beaufort County Medical Center.
The family will receive friends at the home.
Arrangements will be announced by the Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
