Ms. Beverly J. Boorom, 81, of Dundee, N.Y., died Wednesday, March 11, 2009.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Baird Funeral Home, Dundee, N.Y., with the Rev. Lucinda O’Leary officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Dundee, N.Y.
Ms. Boorom lived in Washington from 1982 to 1995. She worked as an admissions clerk and switch board operator at Beaufort County Hospital in Washington for nine years, retiring in 1994.
Survivors include two sons, W. Keith Boorom and Thomas E. Boorom, both of Dundee, N.Y.; four daughters, Nina M. DeJong of Bath, Susan L. Long and Judith A. Messenger, both of Dundee, N.Y., and Kimberly R. Margeson of Penn Yan, N.Y.; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Baird Funeral Home, Dundee, N.Y.
