Mr. Phillip Edward “Phil” Williams, 74, of 460 Main St., Pinetown, died Thursday, April 23, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Paul Funeral Home in Washington. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home, Washington, and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home, Washington.
