Mrs. Joan Stevens Carman, 72, a resident of 250 Zinkie Lane, Bath, NC died Monday June 8, 2009 in Florida.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday June 14, 2009 at Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven conducted by Travis Boyd.
Mrs. Carman was born on February 24, 1937 daughter of the late Betsie Stevens. On June 9, 1957 she married Donald R. Carman, who preceded her in death on November 29, 2003. Mrs. Carman was a retired licensed practical nurse.
Mrs. Carman is survived by one daughter, Debra Grimaldo and husband Louis of Brandon, FL, three brothers, Jim Stevens of Newport Richey, FL, Carl Stevens of CA and Billy Stevens of Ocala, FL and one grandson, Evan Grimaldo of Brandon, FL.
