Daniel Mallison, Jr., 75, of Washington, N.C., died on Sunday, July 12, 2009 at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
The family will greet friends at Leon Randolph Funeral Home on Friday, July 17th from 7-8 p.m. at 208 West MLK Drive, Washington, N.C. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Spring Garden Missionary Baptist Church, 526 Gladden Street, Washington, N.C.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Rosa Mallison; three children, Daniel Mallison, III (Victoria) of Washington, N.C., Gerald M. Mallison (Vanessa) of New Haven, CT, and Valerie L. Mallison of Queens, N.Y. There are also five grandsons, Danny Mallison, IV, Derrick E. Mallison, Jamar D. Hardy, Gerald M. Mallison, Jr., and Jared I. Hardy; one sister, Dorothy Mallison Armstrong (Bobby); two sister-in-laws, Geraldine Mallison and Kathleen Latham; one aunt, Helen Lawrence, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.
