Mrs. Doris Jean Cox-Small, 88, of 71 Mackeys Road, Plymouth, died Wednesday, July 22, 2009, at Plumblee Nursing Center, Plymouth. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Second Zion Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Plymouth. with the Rev. Hubert Judon officiating. Burial will follow in Small’s Cemetery, Plymouth. The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Second Zion Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service, Roper.
