Mr. Melvin Earl Bailey, 62, of 302 McLean Place, Hillside, N.J., died at the University of Medicine and Dentistry Hospital, Newark, N.J. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Spring Garden Missionary Baptist Church, Washington. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service and the family will receive friends at the home of his mother, Mamie Bailey, 1435 Highland Drive, Washington. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
