Mrs. Juanita Biggs Goddard, 91, died Monday, Sept. 7, 2009, at home. A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Little Grove Holiness Church in Washington. The family will receive friends today from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the church. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
