Mrs. Frances Rowe Allen, 88, formerly of New York, died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009, at Autumnfield Rest Home of Belhaven. A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Belhaven Missionary Baptist Church with pastor David Pierce officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour at the church. Complete arrangements will be announced by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
