Mr. William Frank McIver Jr., 45, of 211 Chestnut St., Washington died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009. A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home in Washington. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, LaShonti McIver, 906 E. Eighth St., Washington. Arrangements are by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home of Washington.
