Mr. Obbie James Roughton, 79, of 30 Roughton Road, Columbia, died Sunday at Three Rivers Nursing Center in Windsor. A funeral will be conducted today at 2 p.m. in Bryan Funeral Service’ Columbia Chapel with the Rev. Joe Wynns officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until the funeral hour at Bryan Funeral Service’ Columbia Chapel. Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service’ Columbia Chapel.
