Mr. William Richard Harrell, 72, a resident of Courtland Health Center and formerly of Ridgecrest Lane, Jackson, died Friday, Nov. 13, 2009. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Edgewood Cemetery with the Rev. Steve Farmer officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home in Windsor. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home in Windsor.
