Mr. Howard Jessie Asbell, 79, of 705 U.S. Highway 17 North, Windsor died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009. A funeral will be conducted today at 2 p.m. in Greens Cross Baptist Church with the Rev. Woody Copeland officiating. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
