Mr. Earl D. Windley, 21, of 166 Sam’s Road, Chocowinity, died on Monday, Dec. 28, 2009. A funeral will be held on Monday, Jan. 4, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Metropolitan AME Zion Church, Washington. The family will receive friends at the home.
