Mr. James Elisha “Little Bud” Hoggard, 82, of 1235 Bull Hill Road, Windsor died Friday, Feb. 5, 2010 at home. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Ross Baptist Church with the Revs. Brian Medlin and Roger Kiker officiating. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
