Mrs. Esther Ruth Manning Etheridge, 87, of 3843 N.C. Highway 142, Oak City died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010 at her son’s home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston with the Rev. John Keeter officiating. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston and other times at 3112 Cox Road, Oak City. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
