Mr. Bernie “Piggie” Spencer, 74, of 832 Old County Road, Belhaven, died Sunday, May 30, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in St. James Disciples of Christ Church, Belhaven. Viewing will take place Saturday from noon to 1 p.m. at the church. Arrangements are by W.E. Flanagan Memorial Funeral Home, Greenville.
