Mrs. Sandra “Sandy” Bell O’Neal, 53, of 9106 N.C. Highway 45 North, Belhaven, died Monday, June 14, 2010, at home. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Service, Washington. Arrangements are by Hillside Funeral Service, Washington.
