Alice Lavonda Davidson, age 67, of Engelhard, North Carolina, formerly of Fairfax, Virginia died Monday, July 19, 2010 at her residence.
Alice was born August 13, 1942 in Fairfax County, Virginia, daughter of the late John G. and Ruby B. (Blevins) Vannoy.
Survivors include two sons, Edward Sadler of North Carolina and John G. Sadler and wife Tammy of North Carolina; one brother, Rev. Robert Vannoy of Pennsylvania; one sister, Ethel Finley of Manassas, Virginia; three grandchildren, John Sadler, Jason Sadler and Samantha Sadler and three great grandchildren, Dylan Sadler, Brody Sadler and Ethan Sadler.
The family received friends from 2-4 &7-9 p.m. Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, July 23, 2010 with Rev. Robert Vannoy officiating. Entombment will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas.
