Ms. Helena Spencer, 59, died Monday, Aug. 2, 2010.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul Church of Christ, Disciples, in Belhaven.
A visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
The family is receiving friends at the home of her sister, Hattie Slade, 5279 N.C. Highway 99 South, Belhaven.
Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
