Miss Tonya Cardrette Windley, 38, of Bridgewood Square, Belhaven, died Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Holly Grove Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) with minister Lynn Spencer officiating. The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
