Mr. Robert Jackson Powell Jr., 89, died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010, at Beaufort County Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church in Washington. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home, Washington.
