Mr. Garland Edward “Shorty” Warren Sr., 92, a Robersonville resident, died Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010, at Martin General Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at Hickory Grove Free Will Baptist Church, with the Revs. Doug Tyson and Joey Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at Biggs Funeral Home, Robersonville, and other times at 2896 Madison Grove Road, Greenville. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Robersonville.
