Mr. James “Dick” Edward Windley, 78, of 16182 Highway 264 East, Pinetown, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010. A funeral will be held at noon Saturday at Saint John Missionary Baptist Church, 270 Whispering Pines Road, Washington, with Elder Donald Peartree officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Linda Weston, 5671 Dean Drive, Washington. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
