Victoria “Sally” Harper Hill, a resident at Britthaven of Washington, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2011, at Beaufort County Medical Center. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington. The family will receive friends at the home, 216 E. Firetower Road, Greenville.
