Mr. Horace Baxter Cowell II, 77, a resident of Washington, died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011, at the First United Methodist Church in Washington. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at Paul Funeral Home, Washington, and other times at the home.
