Mr. William Henry Carter, 70, resident of 2118 Tripp Road, Blounts Creek, died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011. A funeral service will be conducted Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011, at 3 p.m. at Saint Anna Missionary Baptist Church. The family will receive friends today from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the chapel, other times at the home. Arrangements by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home.
