Mr. Jacob Randolph Coward, 35, of 7781 U.S. Highway 264 East, Washington, died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Assembly of God Church, Washington. Final disposition will be handled by Rouse Mortuary and Cremations. Arrangements are by Don Brown Funeral Home.
