It was all fun and laughs as McDonald not only performed magic tricks but had a giant air cube that the kids passed around. Local McDonald’s franchise owner, Bill Purcell, donated 700 cheeseburger coupons to the school for teachers to give to their students, as well as several coupons for teachers and staff to redeem at McDonald’s and McCafe’s. McDonald talked about ways to stay active, like playing basketball, softball, soccer, swimming and even jumping rope. “There are so many great activities out there that you can do,” McDonald said. “The key is to do what you like, and do it every day.” The kids really enjoyed McDonald’s visit to their school and had a great time.
